When you go into samadhi there is no breath at all. The kundalini is perfectly stabilized. Usually it stabilizes in the solar plexus area.

Use the previous techniques in rotation. It will prevent your meditation experience from becoming stale.

Inwardly the sun also has an energy field, it has an aura, so does the earth, so does the moon, and so do all the planets. We're affected by those auras. It's not something that you really want to reason out.

Somewhere there is an essence. It is not a physical somewhere. There is no sense of world, of time and space. That is nirvana.

In this prison camp, the Gestapo state brain-police planet Earth, what is normal is insane and what is insane is normal. But it doesn't pay to tell that to the local politicians or other organizational structures that run the place that. They didn't crucify Christ because they liked what he said.

There are physical karmas that carry through death. Jesus Christ may no longer be with us but his effects continue on in the world. Those waves will be passed on from one person to another to another.

You do have an effect on the universe. If you think positive thoughts, if you are happy and progressive, then that energy affects everyone on the whole planet, in subtle ways, perhaps, but it does.
