It's as if all your past is written on the blackboard, and if we could erase it, your past would no longer exist. The way you do that - the only way you do that - is in samadhi.

When you die in this life, you might be experiencing pain, but the structure of your perceptual field will determine your next lifetime. That structure has been determined by the way you have led this life.

We're not really indigenous to this world, this world being a temporal plane of reality.

The kundalini runs through you. It runs through the ida and the pingala, the two nerve channels in the subtle body; but there's a central channel, the shushumna, which is blocked. When it runs through that, then you can use the mystical kundalini.

What goes on in this one little lifetime is not so important as you might like to think it is because you're in it. When you can see the larger picture, it's just a tiny breath in a succession of breaths.

The karma that is most interesting is the mental karma because ultimately it generates physical action.

If you work an extra ten hours to help spread the dharma, this will cause for much faster progression. You're doing something for a higher cause, for a higher ideal.
