As we go deeper and deeper into the world of meditation, we are able to travel along the luminous bands, just like you travel along a highway or road.

Don't just sit there. Go do something and don't expect that it's going to be fun unless you make it fun. You have got to work on things. That is when you are happy.

Celibacy doesn't make you enlightened, otherwise every nun or priest in Buddhism or Christianity would be enlightened. People who don't date and can't get any action would be enlightened.

Time is a convenient filing system human beings have devised to segregate their experiences.

If you meditate, then the real miracle is the transformation of your awareness field beyond the body. Beyond the body there are oceans of light, continents of light, universes of light. Meditation frees you from this world.

Nirvana has nothing do with any of this. None of this is there.

You can know the secrets of life. It doesn't happen to anyone special. You just decide that you want an uncommonly fine life and you will it.
