From infinite awareness, something comes forward, a sense of infinite awareness and finite awareness. That perception is the birth of a being.

Happiness comes from self-knowledge. Self-knowledge means that you have understood your mind. Your mind is the whole universe.

Krishna says, fight. He says, go out on the battlefield and kill those people whom it's your job to kill; and whether they were your friends or not, you have to look at the big picture. In the big picture, you can't go kill anybody, you can't be killed.

Things don't make you unhappy. People don't make you unhappy. You make yourself unhappy. Because you are in the cycle. You're stuck. You're stuck in time.

The road for Arjuna is unexpected. Sri Krishna says you have to face that which you fear the most that which you're most attached to and eliminate it. In this case he has to fight a battle, and the battle is his attachments.

I liked my teacher very much and after some years of mediation, I began to teach meditation, referring all things that I didn't know to my own teacher.

Each time you meditate you have the possibility of completely changing your life in one meditation. If you meditate with your whole heart and your whole soul, you will become light itself.
