The only reason you feel pain is because you're so busy looking at yourself instead of looking at the wonderful patterns of light. If you become absorbed in the wonderful patterns of light, then there's no pain.

The quality of time actually changes throughout the day and night. Some dimensions are more time-specific, in that they only interact with the physical dimension they touch during specific times of the night or day.

If you live for a very long while, you will have to watch your friends and loved ones die, your body age and lose its beauty and vigor, and your mental capacities fade.

The final result of all life is your awareness. Your awareness is existence.
