Illusions are shadows moving endlessly across the ground. The shadows are quite real but they're shadows. They have very little substance.

The chi is the central energy or power that we use in physical expression. When the chi is flowing properly in our lives, we can be very adept athletically.

Do not be selfish and feel new people will take more of the teacher's attention and you won't get it. That's nonsense. With that attitude, you won't get it. The teacher sees that attitude and will have very little to do with you.

In the beginning we define what is spiritual. But as you go on, you see that everybody and everything is an instrument of infinity.

Those who are already adept at some disciplines of the body will find that the study of Zen and meditation will give you much more control than you now have.

What you will be in your next life is the sum total of the realizations that you have had in this lifetime.

Sexual energy becomes problematic if you use to enslave someone, to demoralize them, to hurt them, to wrap them up. The way most people use sexual energy is to hook somebody, to wrap them.
