There is no way to measure it ... because there's no one to measure it.

When you can successfully stop thought for longer periods of time, you do move into other worlds. This can also happen in the very beginning, if a person meditates with someone who is very advanced.

The self plays among the waves of existence. It surfaces, it comes up for a while, and then it disappears again.

The strong conquer the weak. The weak serve the strong and hope to become strong so they can conquer others who are weaker.

If you are afraid of someone, you immediately give them an advantage and give them entry to your awareness field.

If you accentuate yourself, thinking or acting like you are important, then you must want to look good to someone in this world. In order to impress or sway anybody in this world, you have to be in this world yourself.

You gain power through practicing meditation and concentration. You gain power by doing anything you like that makes you feel good. You gain power by being happy.
