When the subtle physical body is damaged you will begin to notice changes in your skin, you skin starts to get gnarly or dry. I'm not speaking of acne. Acne means you have a lot of kundalini, which stimulates hormones.

If you want to become enlightened, you've got to get all the bullshit out of your life. You have to clear up your mind completely.

Stop trying to figure it all. Why worry about it all so much? Why not just live? And then you die. And then you live again, unless, of course, you follow me.

What we are seeking is the nexus of all possible worlds and states of mind, which is within us. The source of yin and yang is within you.

Tantric Zen is the awareness of the infinitude of all things. To gain that awareness, to be it, is enlightenment.

Advanced yoga is not withdrawal from the world. That's a preliminary state.

There are no problems, there is only confusion. When confusion passes away, there is only happiness. Happiness is not complicated at all.
