If the tonal predominates, which we see now more in the world, there's no mystery - understanding of consciousness or awareness.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of power. Without wisdom, a powerful person does not become more powerful. Their power will turn back on them and eventually destroy them. So those who are truly wise become most powerful.

Kring is the mantra of power. "Kring" should only be repeated when you are in deep meditation.

Use power to intelligently apprehend people who might harm you. Use that power to not be afraid. Simply step around them.

Avoid the things in your life that take away from your stillness. Find things that add to that stillness. Bring them more into your life. It doesn't matter what works or doesn't. It is all individual.

Everything is subtle. Everything has a million sides. Everything is a manifestation of god. Everything is light. All beings are infinite. All things are perfect, in their own way.

You need to turn your room into a place of power. It's a good idea to have flowers around, candles, incense, you know, happy things. Make your room into a beautiful place and keep it impeccably clean.
