If you allow people, places and things, to pass through your mind during meditation, you will pull in all those other auras and you be much more confused and dissociated than you were prior to your meditation experience.

Those who seek liberation want to go beyond individualized perception. The essence of their being wants to dissolve back into the cosmos.

You get to the point where you have to wash the dishes. That's the fun in life. Being behind the scenes and doing things for others; being an instrument of that cause. That is the secret teaching.

If we get too caught up in the rhetoric of meditation, we will miss the point. The point was to go beyond rhetoric.

If you try to pull too much power through too soon, you will injure yourself.

The sign that the kundalini is releasing is not the development of miraculous powers, but that your mind is becoming quieter.
