You can hit a home run. If you are honest, you'll know when it's perfect because at that critical moment of connection, there was no sense of being there. That is perfect play. There is no self involved.

Liberation means no rebirth. Now, does that mean you don't reincarnate? Well, you never did reincarnate.

Meditation will give you the power to overcome fear. As you sit and meditate each day, it makes you stronger. The energy of the universe flows through your mind, your body, and your life.

The universe is made up of an endless ocean of life itself. It is an endless ocean of itself. And for a time it binds itself together in particularized forms. Those forms have perception and they perceive themselves as being separate.

The bully on the block who beats up somebody doesn't become more powerful. All they do is walk around inside their own mind with an inflated ego.

How do you end a meditation session? It's nice to chant a mantra again. Maybe repeat it a few times. It seals the meditation. Do your best and then just give it to eternity.
