Fear can be used to get into your attention. Any way a person can get you to think of them, allows them to drain you.

If you know that you have had countless lives, then what happens in this life is not quite as traumatic.

People are unhappy because they don't understand life; by happy, I mean complete, aware, conscious, poignant, caring, loving, unaffected, cosmic, simplistic, humble, excited, passive - everything. You are everything.
