Your karma is the sum total of your awareness field. Your awareness field is comprised of all the experiences that you've had in this life and all other lives.

There is an all powerful force or energy that creates all and draws all back into it. This is God. It is beyond intelligence, beyond analysis.

In the process of self-discovery you will learn to be kind when you could be harsh. You will learn to forgive, mostly yourself. You will learn to be patient because you may have to wait quite a while to become that which you will eventually be.

Happiness is something that you can definitely achieve. At first, it will just come for a moment or two. Then it will come for longer periods of time. Eventually you will be happy all of the time.

The inner cry is a very good way to meditate. As you're sitting there in meditation, just cry inwardly to God, to that source, to your spiritual teacher or to a particular god or goddess.

The perceiver of the dream, the one whom the dream is unfolding before, is what we call the Self.

Self-acceptance is involved in this process. You have got to be able to look at both your dark and your light side and not get enamored or depressed by either.
