You're not listening to the Zen master, what he is saying outwardly, but even more importantly...what he is saying inwardly.

Meditate. Inspire others. Spend time by yourself. Manage your career properly. Work at something constructive, that doesn't injure others, and put your full attention into it.

If you are afraid of someone, you immediately give them an advantage and give them entry to your awareness field.

None of this exists. All important decisions in the universe occur someplace else.

Self is the perception of perception. Beyond self there's no perception of perception.

Happy people, enlightened people, successful people all share something in common. They have learned how to manage and increase their energy.

Within the human frequency of perception, what you see is what you get. I would classify the bottom of the band as severe unhappiness, depression and alimentation.
