Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Mentally picture all tiredness, tension, and fatigue leaving you. Visualize that a wave of golden light is entering you at the top of your head and passing throughout your entire body.

In our culture we are taught to be accessible and open; it signifies a good person. In mysticism it is the opposite, people can scan you and drain you.

If there are problems with the subtle physical body, it's very hard for the kundalini to flow.

When you can successfully stop thought for longer periods of time, you do move into other worlds. This can also happen in the very beginning, if a person meditates with someone who is very advanced.

There is the experience of enlightenment, to be very aware of what lies beyond the boundaries of cognitive perception, reflection and self-awareness as seen by the personality.

The awareness of liberation is not liberation. The awareness of time is not liberation.

The person who gives selflessly in this lifetime immediately goes into a better state of mind. That is instant karma.
