You don't have to meditate. You don't have to practice self-discovery and Buddhism. You should only practice self-discovery if you really have had it with the human world.

Drinking alcohol takes you into a lower state of mind. If you drink a lot of it, things get very fuzzy and they are not very sharp or defined. This brings you into a lower state of attention.

Who are these human beings anyway? They walk around, strut, fret, as if they owned the planet, or the goddamned universe. I mean, who do they really think they are?

Whatever you focus on, you become. That is the key line, you know. Meditation is the bow and concentration is the arrow.

Whenever you find yourself becoming angry or jealous, try to see good quality in the person. You will suddenly be thinking a higher thought and that will elevate you.

This is the age of electrical energy. The age of atomic energy hasn't really dawned yet, not in the way that atomic energy has evolved in other worlds.
