Meditation is not for everybody. When you meditate you become conscious. Most people don't want to be too conscious because they are afraid of awareness, of death, and of being happy.

It is fun to be outside; it's good to move your body and there is just a joy in sports and athletics.

If you are going to set out to develop mystical powers to impress your friends and do other things to your enemies, the difficulty with it is that you will not be moving towards enlightenment.

There is no loneliness when you meditate, you feel eternity. How could you ever be lonely? You just feel God's love for you and that sustains you. It's totally clear; it's part of every aspect of your being.

Human beings are not so in harmony with the dharma. That is why they suffer so much. But you as an individual can reach a plane of attention and can become attention itself.

All the creations of God stretch out infinitely. All times, past, present and future for all beings, worlds unimagined

Tantra means the avoidance of a set or defined form of spirituality. Tantra is intuitive self-discovery.
