You are sitting on this little planet, spaceship earth. The universe is very accessible to you. You don't need a spaceship to travel there. Most of the worlds are non-physical. And it's all God; it's all eternity

You're much too hung up on all of your ideas and your desires. You still have not penetrated the essence of yoga.

If you'd like to have a better incarnation, then have one now. If that's your attitude, just let go and meditate and try to be as wise and compassionate, as understanding as you can.

Reincarnation is simply changing awareness. What you are reincarnating into are different states of mind. The whole show is on the inside.

Bodies come and go, ages come and go, yugas come and go, eternities come and go. Selves come and go.

Astrologically, at that age, you experience a Saturn return. It is considered an auspicious time to "reboot" your life. It's a chance to have a clean start and move forward into something very exciting.

The causal body is the most ancient and timeless part of a person. It has the capacity to know and do things that the physical mind and body cannot.
