To become balanced, meditate on the heart center in the center of the chest. There you will experience happiness, refinement, sensitivity, beauty, laughter.

It is a tremendous waste of energy to try to block anyone else. That same energy could be applied to furthering your own success.

Only the enlightened are consistently happy. Their happiness is not predicated upon the events and experiences that take place in this world. Instead it is based on the boundless inner energy they gain from their connection with the world of enlightenment.

When the answer doesn't come, it's not supposed to come yet. Don't make eternity try and conform to what you want. That's desire. desire leads to frustration.

For years we practice meditation, like any art, and we get better at it each day. In the beginning it's just enough for us to sit down and focus our attention.

Meditation is the study of making the mind still. As your mind becomes still, a power enters you. This power transmogrifies your mind, it escalates your evolution and you begin to cycle through many incarnations in one lifetime.

The essence of your awareness field definitely goes on after death. It goes through death, it goes into non-physical states for a time, and then eventually is pulled back and it reincarnates.
