What you do and what you say has consequence and impact. Impact is determined by the intention behind your words and the intention behind your deeds.

Your soul is that part of you that existed before you were born and will continue to exist after you die. So as you become aware of yourself as a soul as well as a personality, the new understanding of power becomes aligning your personality with your soul, with the highest, most noble, most healthy part of yourself that you can imagine or reach for. The intentions of your soul are harmony, cooperation, sharing, and reverence for life.

Be aware of emotional toxins as well as physical toxins. Be aware of what you are thinking. Clear yourself at the end of every day. Try not to go to bed angry or distressed or anxious or jealous or envious.

Your experiences are not limited to what you have created in the past

Your personality, your body, you intuitional structure. These are all tools; energy tools of the soul. Your soul existed before your personality came into being, it will exist after your personality came into being.
