The loving parts of your personality are content, grateful, patient, appreciative, caring, and more. They are interested in others. They do not judge others or themselves. They are not confined by fear. The more you experience them, the more you experience joy.

... I know for sure, that the universe is wise and compassionate. The question then becomes: How can there be such brutality and pain and such suffering in the world if the universe is compassionate and wise. The reason is we put it there. We create it. And it is up to us to stop creating it.

The next time you feel unworthy, inadequate or inferior, remember that these experiences have nothing to do with humbleness, any more than lowering yourself to connect with another individual has to do with humbleness. There are no lower or higher individuals in the perception of a humble person. There are only souls. There is only love.

If you choose to forgive someone who has wronged you rather than to hate that person, you shift the frequency of your Light.

Don't be surprised if in the 21st century lectures on meditation appear in university catalogues for physics.

The Universe backs the part of you that is of clearest intention

A soul subject is something that resonates with you deeper than the intellect can reach...a multi-sensory perception...a recognition of a new freedom that is calling you.
