All that has been hidden is rising, there is no stopping it! These things you cannot hide: the sun, the moon, and TRUTH.

Noble friends and companions are the whole of the holy life.

Within this moment, the only moment that exists, the past, present and future are contained.

Life can only take place in the present moment. If we lose the present moment, we lose life.

For innumerable reasons, Mahamati, the Bodhisattva, whose nature is compassion, is not to eat any meat.

If there is no other world and there is no fruit and ripening of actions well done or ill done, then here and now in this life I shall be free from hostility, affliction, and anxiety, and I shall live happily.

To have much learning, to be skillful in handicraft, well-trained in discipline, and to be of good speech -- this is the greatest blessing.
