He is the knower of the path, the discoverer of the path, the one skilled in the path. And his disciplines now dwell following that path and become possessed of it afterwards.

Sit Rest Work. Alone with yourself, Never weary. On the edge of the forest Live joyfully, Without desire.

To eat meat is just a habit after we were born. In fact, we are not born to eat meat.
