I cannot function if there is a physical mess around me. If everything is falling apart, I go on a cleaning frenzy.

My hair is pretty wavy. And it's coarse and color-treated so I'm big on conditioner and conditioning masks.

I do really believe that beauty comes from within, mostly how you feel about yourself and how you express love of yourself, but also in the form of nutrition.

My actual beauty routine is pretty simple, I try and have a facial once in a while. I'm not a huge products girl. I have so much going on with work and kids, I just use moisturiser basically.
