My faith in God is everything at this point. Also, my family and friends that I've had around me pretty much my whole life and my boyfriend, we've been together for eight years. I try to keep people around me who've been around me, who've seen me struggle. They know how dedicated I am and how hard I've worked. They know me - not the Jennifer from American Idol and Dreamgirls, but the real Jennifer.

I don't get a chance to be home much.

If you're asking yourself why I have this success and you don't, don't be angry with me-stop and ask yourself what your issues are that are holding you back.

You cannot just work out and then eat poorly and expect to lose weight. It doesn’t work that way.

I think to each its own, if nobody is hurting anybody-who cares? Everyone should be able to do what they want and be happy. Who you love is who you love. That's the way I see it

If you can’t take responsibility for your own well-being, you will never take control over it.
