Yoga is so much more about the instructor than it is about the practice itself. It's their point of view and the way they teach that makes the experience so special and opens things up for me.

We are all here to look after each other. I would not be where I am, as the woman I am, without the love and mentorship I have in my corner.

I prioritize people. This grounds me and reminds me of my place in the world.
