Do what makes you feel good. Remind yourself of what you're good at and make sure you do that.
Jessie JIt's healthy to admit you're not ok. 'It's ok not to be ok' it's brave. But don't let it win. Be sad. Have your moment, your day or week. Then do something about it and be happy. For yourself.
Jessie JHowever old you are, however much you love life, however happy you are, how healthy you are, it doesnโt matter. Nothingโs guaranteed. And I think it made me want to take that risk to expose myself as me and not as a version of myself. I donโt become Jessie J. I might put a nicer pair of heels on and a cooler outfit, but Iโm still that naughty girl who likes a slice of cheesecake on my day off.
