My suggestion would be to walk away from the 90% who don't and join the 10% who do.
Learn to express rather than impress. Expressing evokes a 'me too' attitude while impressing evokes a 'so what' attitude
Language designed to impress builds a gulf. Language to express builds a bridge.
Learn to get excited like a child. There is nothing that has more magic than childish excitement.
On the way to work, concentrate on the way - not the work.
Part of success is preparation on purpose.
