As you interact with others, remember this: anytime a person's response is larger than the issue at hand, the response is almost always about something else.

Grow a leader-grow the organization. A company cannot grow without until its leaders grow within.

If people around you don't believe in you, if they don't encourage you, then you need to find some people who do.

Others are Ahead of me. I am continually Challenged. My focus is Forward. The atmosphere is Affirming. I am often out of my Comfort Zone. I wake up Excited. Failure is not my Enemy. Others are Growing. People desire Change. Growth is Modeled and Expected.

The true test of relationships is not only how loyal someone is when we fail, but how thrilled they are when we succeed.
