I always say to myself when things get too hectic, "Don't sweat the small stuff!"
Getting outdoors is always fun. In the summertime, I like to go waterskiing and swimming; during the winter, I'll sometimes go jogging or hiking.
Do not forget to drink a lot of water to stay feeling good.
Water is essential to life! It's also great for keeping your skin looking good and healthy, which is an added bonus.
As far as activities go, having a regular exercise routine is a must.
My puppies play a daily role in inspiring me too! But most of all, my husband, Conroy Chan, inspires me in life. He's always there to help keep me going.
