I always say to myself when things get too hectic, "Don't sweat the small stuff!"
A lot of things inspire me. Music, for one; in addition to acting, I'm also a musician.
Singing is actually something that I practice almost every day and definitely at the top of my inspirational list.
Do not forget to drink a lot of water to stay feeling good.
I try to get plenty of sleep every single night so that I wake up each morning feeling fully rested. That is one of the most important practices for someone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle.
I do have a busy work life. So I would say that the positive atmosphere at home combined with the support I receive from my family and loved ones is really what helps me balance it all.
