Sometimes I get really shy when people recognize me, but when it was from Arrested, I'd be like, "So what do you like about it? You watch it? Will you try to watch it when it's on, and not just TiVo it? Because if you don't want it to be taken off the air...." It was really sad when it got taken off the air. But it's really cool. It was nice to have a small part in something with a big life.
Judy GreerIt's really exciting and also it makes me nervous, because I'm like, "Well, I figured out how to perform this episode, but what if I'm not as good at what they write for next episode?" But that's part of the challenge, and that's what, I hope, ultimately makes me a better actor.
Judy GreerI was not awesome at dancing. For a ballerina, I probably started too late. Plus I enjoyed entertaining people too much.
Judy GreerMaybe when we were shooting in the school, I was feeling more like it. Every time I go back to a school for work, I always feel so huge. Everything seems so little. The lockers seem smaller than I remember and the length of the hallways seem shorter when you're a kid.
Judy GreerI'm sort of a carb-oholic. I love pasta, and I know it's really simple, but I love pasta with olive oil and crushed red pepper and maybe some Parmesan. I don't really eat cheese anymore, but that would be my favorite. I love a tri colore salad - it's my favorite.
Judy GreerI didn't really think of role in those terms, like 'quirky best friend', when I read the script and when I came to the project.
Judy GreerI like the idea of doing a little movie every week. When you do a movie, you don't know when it's going to come out. In a year, you forget about it. I forget stories that happened on set. I forget who I worked with. I forget my lines, my characters' names. This is so fresh. We make it, and it's on TV. It feels more like a living, breathing thing.
