Everything runs smoothly. I'm never uncomfortable with anything I do. I never feel like I regret anything. I love music. All kinds of music. I'm a producer first. I feel like I can do anything and still be myself. You hear a song and you're like, "Juicy J is on this song, Juicy J is on that song," but it's still me at the end of the day.
Juicy JI've got a lot of songs about having fun and partying, but it's a lot of work. Sometimes, I make 50 songs and pick out the best 10. I've been in the studio all day, all night, making the beat, writing the raps.
Juicy JI don't advise kids to do what I do. I'm just doing me. I just smoke a little weed and do a little drink.
Juicy JI knew about the music. I got that part but I wanted to know the business, I wanted to know about royalties, how people got paid, producers and stuff like that so I read all those books like twice.
Juicy JI never stopped grinding. I never stopped hustling. I never stopped working. I just kept moving. It has nothing to do with the money or anything like that. It's just that I love music.
Juicy JI just keep my ear to the street. I haven't read any music books recently, because I figure I read everything I need to know back when I was 12, 13 years old. I know pretty much everything about record publishing, radio stations. The only thing that's changed is you gotta keep up with social media. It's free promotion.
Juicy JI think people like listening to what I call trippy music but maybe next year it will be something else. I still have gangster tracks and real-life stories and situations in my music. Iรขโฌโขve been blessed because over 20 year, I never stopped doing what I was doing. Itรขโฌโขs pretty much the same thing and Iรขโฌโขve never really changed anything up.
