Every relationship should eventually become a long-term relationship. Any director that I meet now isn't just a director. He's potentially a friend, and someone I can call to do a project that I want or that I have. That's what I mean when I say branding and developing yourself, as a business.

Being humble matters.

I'm more of a realist when it comes to life, and I'd much rather my mother be in a spiritual place in Heaven than in a bed, sick, fighting for her life.

Just because your environment or living space changes doesn't mean that your attitude necessarily has to change.

I like playing basketball and going to the gym. I don't box, but I'll ride my bike and go jogging or running in the park. Sometimes my lady and I go hiking.

I go onstage and I talk, and I remember what I'm saying, and I track it.

I love to pop up at the movie theaters. I love to treat the people who are there.
