You are the power in your world! You get to have whatever you choose to think!

I have noticed that the Universe loves gratitude. The more grateful you are, the more goodies you get. When I say 'goodies', I don't mean only material things. I mean all the people, places and experiences that make life so wonderfully worth living.

I think we're all born with this huge canvas in front of us and the paintbrushes and the paint, and we choose what to put on this canvas.

Guilt is a totally useless emotion. It never makes anyone feel better nor does it change a situation.

You DO know what to do.

I have come to this planet to learn to love myself more, and to share that love with all those around me.

See your later years as becoming your treasure years. Sit quietly and think of all the times you were joyful, and let your body feel this joy.
