You DO know what to do.

Filling my mind with pleasant thoughts is the quickest road to health.

Don't run from lessons; they are little packages of treasure that have been given to us. As we learn from them, our lives change for the better.

See your later years as becoming your treasure years. Sit quietly and think of all the times you were joyful, and let your body feel this joy.

I grow spiritually when I accept responsibility for my life.

If we give out thoughts of grouchiness and complaining, etc., we'll find more to complain about. If we send out love and affirm 'life loves me', then we are drawing experiences to ourselves that prove it's true.

Be willing to take the first step, no matter how small it is. Concentrate on the fact that you are willing to learn. Absolute miracles will happen.
