Can you remember the last time you were in love? Your heart went ahhh. It was such a wonderful feeling. It’s the same thing with loving yourself except that you will never leave. Once you have your love for yourself, it’s with you for the rest of your life, so you want to make it the best relationship you can have.

Deep at the center of my being there is an infinite well of gratitude. I now allow this gratitude to fill my heart, my body, my mind, my consciousness, my very being. This gratitude radiates out from me in all directions, touching everything in my world, and returns to me as more to be grateful for. The more gratitude I feel, the more I am aware that the supply is endless.

When you don't flow freely with life in the present moment, it usually means that you're holding on to a past moment. It can be regret, sadness, hurt, fear, guilt, blame, anger, resentment, or sometimes even a desire for revenge. Each one of these states comes from a space of unforgiveness, a refusal to let go and come into the present moment. Only in the present moment can you create your future.

Now when I hear about someone's illness, no matter what dire their predicament seems to be, I know that if they're willing to do the mental work of releasing and forgiving, almost anything can be healed. The word incurable, which is so frightening to so many people, really only means that the particular condition cannot be cured by 'outer' methods and that we must go within to effect the healing. The condition came from nothing and will go back to nothing.

All teachers are good for someone. There are some teachers out there who I cannot stand, for whatever reason. I cannot even bear the sound of one teacher's voice. Yet they are wonderful teachers for other people. They just are not for me.

What a lot of people don't understand is that when you change your thinking, when you accept different concepts, then life mirrors those for you. If you can get the concept that you're worthy and loveable and that you deserve to have a better life, life starts bringing those opportunities to you, because that's your belief system.

Love who you are and what you are and what you do. Laugh at yourself and at life and nothing can touch you.
