My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.

As my mind can conceive of more good, the barriers and blocks dissolve. My life becomes full of little miracles popping up out of the blue.

Today I can do anything I put my mind to.

I know that I cannot take responsibility for other people. We are all under the law of our own consciousness.

Life always brings you what you need.

Once a day, sit quietly and place a hand upon your heart. Send it love, and allow yourself to feel the love your heart has for you. It has been beating for you since before you were born. Your heart is love, and the blood in your veins is joy. Your heart is now lovingly pumping joy throughout your body. All is well, and you are safe.

I release all criticism. I only give out that which I wish to receive in return. My love and acceptance of others is mirrored to me in every moment.
