Healing means accepting all parts of ourselves, not just the parts we like, but all of us.

I love myself for all my mistakes and missteps. They have been very valuable to me. They have taught me many things. It is the way I learn. I am willing to stop punishing myself for my mistakes.

The power is within you. It always has been. How far are you willing to expand the horizons of your thinking and stir that power awake?

Every experience I have benefits me. I am in the process of positive change.

Begin to listen to what you say. Don't say anything that you don't want to become true for you.

You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn't worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.

Be grateful for what you do have, and you will find it increases. I like to bless with love all that is in my life right now-my home, the heat, water, light, telephone, furniture, plumbing, appliances, clothing, transportation, jobs-the money I do have, friends, my ability to see and feel and taste and touch and walk and to enjoy this incredible planet.
