There's no such thing as good weather, or bad weather. There's just weather and your attitude towards it.

My body loves my in spite of how I may treat it. My body communicates with me, and I now listen to its messages. I am willing to GET the message.

I have noticed that the Universe loves gratitude. The more grateful you are, the more goodies you get. When I say 'goodies', I don't mean only material things. I mean all the people, places and experiences that make life so wonderfully worth living.

You have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that!

I love myself, therefore, I behave in a loving way to all people for I know that that which I give out returns to me multiplied.

No matter whether your life is pleasant or good; whether you are having big challenges or no challenges, your state of your mind has everything to do with how you will relate to your experiences.

That's the way life works: gratitude and appreciation just bring more goodness. Remember: Everything we give out comes back. Gratitude has all sorts of little, surprising rewards.
