We sometimes forget that we are God-beings, and that the intent of the Creator was for us to enjoy this thing called Life!

We are far more than our bodies and personalities. The inner spirit is always beautiful and lovable, no matter how our outer appearances may change.

If you don't eat right and you don't know how to take care of your body, you're not going to have the energy to do anything wonderful.
