On the other end of the spectrum, we can't use this permission to sometimes say no and use it as a wand to wish away all our responsibilities. We also must remember not to use our "no" answers as a weapon. We can't turn into No! ninjas, karate-chopping anyone who even comes close to asking us for something.

Where there is a lack of rest, there is an abundance of stress.

We need to make peace with who we are so insecurities don't become a distraction to how we live. Just because I sometimes feel insecure doesn't mean I have to be insecure.

Saying yes all the time won't make me Wonder Woman. It will make me a worn out woman.

Remember who you are. Don't compromise for anyone, for any reason. You are a child of the Almighty God. Live that truth.

Faith is learned through life.
