I hate fund-raising. Haaaaate it. Hate, hate it.

Childhood obesity isn't some simple, discrete issue. There's no one cause we can pinpoint. There's no one program we can fund to make it go away. Rather, it's an issue that touches on every aspect of how we live and how we work.

You shouldn't be in a relationship with somebody who doesn't make you completely happy and make you feel whole. And if you're in that relationship and you're dating, then my advice is, don't get married.

We can aim to create a culture, where kids ask for healthy options instead of resisting them.

These are things that we hear from military families everywhere we go. But it - on PTSD, the thing that I want to make sure people understand is that the vast majority of veterans and military families aren't dealing with any kind of mental health. But there are - these are what are called the invisible wounds of this war. And many times they don't present.

Good health is multifaceted - it's physical, it's internal, it's my diet, and my emotional state. It's all tied in together.

As women, we cannot afford to neglect ourselves.
