Do-gooders are easily overlooked. We're supposed to be soft, touchy-feely types, who wear Birkenstocks, compost everything, and write poetry by candlelight.

I kind of think I have the best job in America. I work with amazing people who challenge me daily. My job as a memeber of DoSomething.org is never boring. I'm constantly learning. And we laugh a lot.

Simply, I believe the United States should lower the voting age to 17.

DoSomething.org believes you don't have to wait to be Bono or Bill Gates to make a difference. Teens are super creative and passionate. We're unlocking that power by leveraging pop culture and communications technologies to get kids to do great stuff offline.

Social change isn't something you should do just to help pad a resume. Follow your passion.
