We in Congress stand by Israel. In Congress, we speak with one voice on the subject of Israel.

[the Republicans] have come up with nothing. They say repeal and replace. That has alliteration. But that's all it has going for it because they don't have a replacement. What they have put forth and outlined will cost more to consumers. It will cover fewer people. It will give tax breaks to the wealthiest people.

Elections are about the future.

Jobs mean freedom for workers to support their families.

I went to Congress to change the policies of our country. I did not go to change the behaviors of members of Congress.

Students will want to address the issues that they have a passion for, but I think that the challenge to this generation is the challenge of the climate crisis. Young people bring more enthusiasm, knowledge and sense of urgency on that issue. This is as planet they will inherit, they have a responsibility for it as well, and part of that responsibility is to urge people in power to make the right decisions about how we go forward.
