The purpose of a relationship is to decide what part of yourself you'd like to see 'show up', not what part of another you can capture and hold.

A person can either do something in order to be happy, or... a person can start the day by simply deciding to BE happy and the things that person will do will automatically reflect that.

A true Master does not "give up" something. A true Master simply sets it aside, as he would do with anything for which he no longer has any use.

We have taken a physical identity so that we may express our divine identity. And every moment in our life provides us with an opportunity to do that.

Your job, your invitation from the Universe, is to give people back to themselves. You can do this every day, in a hundred ways. All you have to do is look for the best in that person, and then show it to them, right then and there. Describe it. Admire it. Thank them for it. Why not practice it with the first three people you encounter after reading this?

This is the process of Self realization about which Eastern mystics have written. It is the process of salvation to which much Western theology has devoted itself. This is a day-to-day, hour-to-hour, moment-to-moment act of supreme consciousness. It is a choosing and a re-choosing every instant. It is ongoing creation. Conscious creation. Creation with a purpose. It is using the tools of creation we have discussed, and using them with awareness and sublime intention.

Life is not about win-and-lose. Life is about being or not being, expressing or not expressing, who you are.
