Once you're dead, it's gone. Over. You've made what you've made, dreamed your dream, written your name. You may be buried here, you may even walk. But that potential is finished.

Now you people have names. That's because you don't know who you are. We know who we are, so we don't need names.

I really don't know what "I love you" means. I think it means "Don't leave me here alone.

But standing in that hallway, it was all coming back to me. Memories were waiting at the edges of things, beckoning to me.
