I think it's becoming more commonplace, not just for sportsmen, but for all guys to take care of themselves. You can see in the marketplace that's the case as well, with more male products out there all the time.

People used to think I was so strange because my toiletry bag used to contain so many grooming items and cosmetics and stuff. But I think it's more acceptable these day for guys to take care of themselves.

It's a great honour to be part of such an iconic brand as Paco Rabanne. As I said, it was totally different for me, so it was quite challenging in a sense, but it's an experience that I'm really enjoying.

I've been exploring what works for me, and what I enjoy. It's about diet for me as well as training. So finding something you enjoy, making sure it works for you and sticking at it would be my advice.

Taking care of yourself is a nice thing to do. And it's not seen as just a girl thing anymore. You see a lot more guys at the gym taking care of themselves, and I think it's going to continue to grow.
