I do a lot of yoga. There's more and more guys getting into yoga these days, and I find that helps me as well.

It's a great honour to be part of such an iconic brand as Paco Rabanne. It was totally different for me, so it was quite challenging in a sense, but it's an experience that I'm really enjoying. It's been just over a year and a half now. I'm really enjoying it and hopefully it will continue for a fair bit into the future.

I think the most important thing is to feel comfortable. If you don't feel comfortable with what you're wearing it really shows.

Just make sure you find your own style rather than going with what everyone else is wearing. If you feel comfortable, it's going to get you noticed in the right way. That's better than worrying about what everyone else is wearing and feeling awkward. That's the most important thing.

I think its just important to do something. Some sort of exercise. I get asked this a lot. It's important to do something you enjoy, and something that is useful for yourself. You get far more enjoyment out of something you like to do, so you're more likely to stick with it.

Taking care of yourself is a nice thing to do. It's not seen as just a girl thing anymore. You see a lot more guys at the gym taking care of themselves, and I think it's going to continue to grow.

I think it's not just about how you perform on the field, but how you hold yourself off it.
