I think that, you know, Russia is full of themselves. They've always been full of themselves. But that's - it's more of a facade that they try and show as opposed to anything else.

I don't feel like President Trump doesn't listen to me on Russia. If he had a problem with what I'm saying, he would say something. And he hasn't.

Protests are fine. But in South Carolina we believe in the rule of law, and the people of this state should never doubt that as governor, I will enforce it.

Russians are concerned by North Korea. I mean there's - this is getting kind of close to home for them. And so they're concerned. And I think certainly what we're going to start doing is rallying the troops again and say, ok, what do we need to do next?

The only country that can stop North Korea is China.
